Reason behind explosion of battery

Sometimes we hearing in news that mobile battery explode and people died………………..
It is true or real fact…………

That mobile is very danjor thing for human.

This type First case happened in 2003.
Old lady burned  also some small cases happend in next 3 year.

Mobile battery made from Lithium Ion Battery Cells.

Bcoz of the its small size any battery cant take place.Also it power or efficiency is very high than other battery …….so without this mobile battery can not make by company.

But disadvantage of this battery is its sensitivity to heat……..therefore its very sensitive to heat and we can not stay out this battery in more sunlight

Normal temperature is 25 c°

If it  temperature more than 35 c° more heat produced so there is chance to explosion bcoz of the more heat but in original or good battery there is a structure with vent (small dotted surface) for release heat.

Now think  what happened if battery is made in china…….there are no vent so lithium ion’s mix cobalt oxide produced and temperature became very hot by the chemical reaction…… So hot gas produced

Gas try to came out but no place to came out so become small explosion……

So dont buy cheap china battery….
